This hotel is truly a gem in the heart of the Pratunam area. It offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the wholesale market and within walking distance to multiple shopping malls. Despite being tucked away in a small alley, the hotel is easily accessible. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with their friendly and helpful attitude. The basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient for a comfortable stay, featuring a large, comfy bed and a speedy wifi connection. Moreover, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options, including a selection for vegetarians.

The hotel is short way from pantip plaza and central world. We where offered a great service here. The room was very clean.

There was nothing I didnt like.

The stuff was excellant and the setting was CONVENIENT. Jim thompson house was only 1 mile from the accommodation.

Below the hotel is pratunam market, great place to shop and its just an 8 min walk to Plantinum Mall and Krungthong Plaza.. Also its near to the Airport link City line Ratchaprop station just need to walk for around 5 mins.

1. Room does not have access card system, its locked up with key which can be quite inconvenient. 2. Soundproofing of the rooms are bad as the corridor is quite narrow, you can practically hear ppl talking loudly outside ur room esp at night it could be quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper. 3. Hotel is hidden in an alley, for first- timer to bkk, they would need quite sometime to locate the hotel. 4. No dressing table in the room, quite inconvenient for female travellers. 5. For those who are taking cab, they would have to walk out to Baiyoke to fetch a cab as taxi cannnot access into the alley outside the hotel.

The location is hard to find if this is yr 1st time staying there, however there few hotel signage that easy to see. Room was excelent, 10 min wallking distant to platinuam mall, and out side from the hotel the open market is open as early as 7am and close at 10pm ( bangkok time) . Wifi is free and the breakfast was average but nice !! Tis was my 4 time in bangkok but tis hotel was the best I ever stay and the staff make My 5 days stay was really fun , I will surely stay here again for my next visit.

During my Christmas holidays, I stayed at a hotel which was conveniently located near the train station and markets. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, making my stay very enjoyable. They served a good breakfast, and the rooms were spacious with powerful air conditioning. , the hotel offered a complimentary meal, which was a great way to try some traditional local cuisine.

the deposit for the room keys was too high, which was an unpleasant surprise.

Everything was great! There were welcome drinks & hot towels upon arrival, breakfast was good & the staff were excellent. Top notch service. Located right in the heart of Pratunam market.

Small downside is the tiny single elevator but the stairs are great exercise.

The only discouraging thing is that the entrance is in a very small dirty alley, difficult to find and that the whole area is full of vendors and benches almost all day.

This hotel in the heart of Bangkok really impressed me. the value for money is unbeatable, with affordable prices for such a convenient location. Secondly, the attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the speedy wifi connection. Lastly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay with their basic amenities and a comfy, large bed.

All aspects of this hotel met or exceeded my expectations.

The staff are friendly and always willing to answer questions. I love how the rooms looked too! The location was also great. Pratunam market and Platinum mall are very near. It's also quite near to the airport city line so we were able to take the train to and from the airport.

Love the services. All hotel staff are helpful, friendly n efficient. Thumbs up for budacco staff!

Nothing much to complain. Had a bit difficulty looking for the hotel. Maybe you should add a bit more sign with directions. :P
